We are pleased introduce a new blog on the SSDSA website: HeadLights: The Educators’ Blog. Each week a head of a Schechter school or a principal will post an article that demonstrates his or her thinking about a challenging educational issue with which they are dealing at their school.
The purpose of this blog is not to share news of school activities and calendar events (which are featured elsewhere on the SSDSA website.) Rather it is to convey how Jewish day schools leaders think through problems and approach their resolution. Colleagues and friends are invited to enter into lively dialogue with the author.
